Terms of Service

Everyday offers general wellness habits, reminders and a daily score to help you notice patterns in your routine. Its content, scores, patterns and suggestions are for general information only. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional, and a score is not a measure of your health.

• Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise, diet, sleep or supplement routine, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
• Medication and appointment reminders are a convenience only. Don't rely on them as your only reminder, because notifications can be delayed, silenced or turned off by your device.
• In an emergency, or if you're thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right away. Everyday cannot respond to emergencies.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you. You must give accurate account information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Everyday is free to use. Everyday Plus adds features such as longer history, weekly, monthly and yearly insights, and more custom goals. In the United States, Plus costs $6.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Prices in other countries, and any taxes, are shown before you buy.

• Free trial: new subscribers may get a 14-day free trial, one per account. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged automatically.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll give you notice before any price increase applies to you.
• Cancelling: cancel anytime. On the web, go to You → Everyday Plus → Manage subscription. For subscriptions bought in the iPhone, iPad or Android app, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them, under their own policies.
• EU and UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. When you start Plus straight away, you ask us to begin the service during that period, and if you then cancel within it, you may be charged for the days already used, as the law allows.

Please don't:

• break the law or use Everyday to harm anyone;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or subscription limits;
• overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, except where the law allows;
• resell or commercially exploit Everyday without our written permission.

The information you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Everyday for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can download it or delete your account at any time.

Everyday, including its design, text, activity library, scoring and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Everyday for your own non-commercial purposes under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Everyday relies on services run by others, including app stores, payment processors, hosting and email providers. Their terms may also apply to you, for example Apple's or Google's terms when you download the app or buy a subscription through them. We aren't responsible for services we don't control.

We may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces a paid feature, we'll tell you first. You can stop using Everyday and delete your account at any time from You → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

We work to keep Everyday accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will always arrive on time, or that it will produce any particular health or wellness result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't legally be limited.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim about Everyday is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@[your-domain] so we can try to resolve it.

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property.
• You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Everyday after that, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
